Today we start what we hope to be another monuments season dishing out winners and lining your pockets with some cold hard cash. This week for NFL we have 3 official picks. There was no game that had 100% consensus picks, but these games were the three closest.

NFL Week 1 Official Aggregated Picks
Atlanta +3.5 @ Minnesota
Many of the analytics sources we follow have this game as a pickem and some even have them at ATL -1, so we clearly see a decent edge here. I’m expecting a decently high scoring game with Matty Ice spreading the ball around the field early and often. I don’t trust anyone on the Vikings offense to play consistently and I think, in the end, the Falcons could pull off the upset – maybe even with ease. 8 WiseGuys picked ATL, 2 picked MIN.
Tennessee +5.5 @ Cleveland
Bill Simmons correctly dubbed spreads like 5.5 “The Vegas Zone” about a decade ago, and for good reason. I absolutely hate lines in between 3.5-6 and typically have a hard time reading or playing a number like this. But the WiseGuys sources feel different. Is the hype real in Cleveland? Is the team going to gel early or come out looking out of sync? Can they live up to the expectations? On the other end of the field, can the Titans show some life? How long until Tannehill takes over for Mariota? Time will tell and today we are leaning with the Titans to cover. 7 WiseGuys picked the Titans, 1 picked the Browns.
Cincinatti @ Seattle -8.5
I don’t love the line but GEEZ the bengals are bad. Things only get worse when AJ Green officially went out indefinitely and now they have essentially ZERO playmakers on offense. I don’t necessarily think the Seahawks should be an over a TD favorite, but the line is close and our WiseGuys took em. 7 picked the Seahawks, 2 picked the Bengals.
